ras癌基因产物P^(21)表达与膀胱癌生物学行为关系的研究

Ras P^(21) Expression as Related to Biologic Behavior of Bladder Cancer

应用免疫组织化学方法,对34例石蜡包埋的膀胱癌标本中P^(21)表达进行了检测.结果显示:P^(21)表达只存在于癌组织中,且膀胱癌病理分级愈高、临床分期愈晚,则P^(21)阳性率越高.21例P^(21)阳性膀胱癌的复发率为90.5%,而13例P^(21)阴性膀胱癌的复发率为46.2%,P^(21)阳性病例几乎全有淋巴结转移,明显高于P^(21)阴性者.提示P^(21)阳性病例预后较差.

The expression of ras P21 in 34 paraffin embedded specimens of bladder cancer has been investigated by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that P21 expression appreared only in the cancer sections and that the P21 positive rate rose with the upgrading of pathological and clinical stage of bladder cancer. The recurrence rate of 21 cases of P21 positive bladder cancer was 90. 5% while that of 13 cases of P21 negative ones was 46. 2%. The lymph node metastasis of P21 positive cases was higher than that of P21 negative ones. It was suggested that P21 positive cases have poor prognosis.
