变性高效液相色谱(DHPLC)是目前检测基因突变的最佳技术平台之一。本文简要介绍了DHPLC的工作原理及主要技术特点,并对其在法医DNA分析中的应用进行综述。

At present, denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) is the best technique platform for detecting mutation. The principle and primary technique characteristic of DHPLC were briefly introduced in this paper,also the application of DHPLC in forensic DNA analysis was summarized.
