摘要
本文用超声多普勒对40例正常妊娠和34例高危妊娠胎盘循环进行了纵向性监测,发现正常妊娠胎盘循环阻力随孕周增长逐渐下降,脐动脉A/B值30孕周后<3.0,子宫动脉A/B值24孕周后<2.5,且舒张期切迹逐渐消失;高危妊娠胎盘循环阻力明显高于正常妊娠(P<0.05)。胎盘循环解剖生理学及病理学改变均能在多普勒血流频谱图上反映出来。因此,胎盘循环超声多普勒监测在临床应用中有很大价值。
A longitudinal monitoring of placental circulation were performed in 40 normal and 34 high-risk pregnancies. It was revealed that placental circulation resistance in normal pregnancydecreased with gestational age, A/B ratio was less than 3. 0 for umbilical arteries after 30 weeks of pregnancy and less than 2. 5 for uterine arteries after 24 weeks of pregnancy, and diastolic notch disappeared gradually. There were significant differences (P<0. 05) in placental circulation resistance between normal and high-risk pregnancies. Both anatomy-physiological and pathological changes in placental circulation could be reflected on Doppler spectrum. The results suggest that monitoring of placental circulation by Doppler uitrasound has an important clinical value.
