摘要
应用双工多普勒与电磁血流计定量检测１５只家猪肝左动脉栓塞和／或结扎术前后的门静脉血流量，结果表明两者的测值显著相关，且吻合良好。同一次实验中双工多普勒的先后两次测值显著相关。影响双工多普勒检测的主要因素有：血管横断面积及平均血流速度的检测、声束与血管的夹角、取样容积大小、呼吸、饮食、体位、活动的影响。
Comparative measurements of portal vein blood flow(PVBF) were performed using a duplex Doppler echo system and an electromagnetic flowmeters(EMF)in 15 pigs. PVBF values obtained by duplex Doppler and EMF were highly correlated. A significant correlation was found between the values of PVBF and portal venous velocity obtained by duplex Doppler scanning twice in the same case Main factors affecting the accuracy of duplex Doppler were discussed.
