Diagnostic Value of Real-time Ultrasound for Spleen Trauma

本文报道了Ｂ超诊断脾外伤３２例，分析了脾真性破裂、包膜下破裂和中央破裂三种类型的超声图像表现，对Ｂ超诊断脾外伤的临床价值给予充分肯定，并分析了漏误诊的原因。

Therty-two cases of spleen trauma were evaluated by real-time ultrasound. The ultrasonographic characteristics of three types of lienic rupture (the true, the central and the subcapsular)were discussed in detail. The causes of misdiagnosis and nondiagnosis were analysed. We find that realtime ultrasound is an important diagnostic tool for spleen trauma and very helpful for clinical use.
