摘要
本文详细地分析了输送沥青高粘度液体偏心转子泵转子的钳形曲线的形成,导出了理论计算公式。提出了用矢量比较法求两条曲线的交点,并给出了源程序框图。同时,对与钳形曲线相匹配的隔板进行了分析,给出了计算公式。
This paper detailed analyses the pincerlike-curve on the rotator in
the asphalt pump, which is pumping the high viscous liquid, e. g. asphalt
bitumen, row petroleum. And gives theoretical formulas calculating the
pincerlike-curve. Put forward the comparing vector method' calculating the
crosspoint of two curves described by the parameter. These two
particular curves have not the same numerieal value of the parameter at
the crosspoint. Furthermore, gives the block diagram of the program
calculating the values of the crosspoint. Besides, discusses and obtains
formulas of the separating plate, which is matching the pincerlike-curve
on the rotator.
