摘要
应用脉冲多普勒对３２例门脉高压患者进行了硝酸甘油含化的门脉血流监测，结果证实硝酸甘油有明确且较强的降门脉血流作用，其作用于服药１分钟开始，５～３０分钟最明显，约持续４５分钟。主要通过前向学说机制而降门脉压。该药安全有效，可单独或与其它降门脉压药物联合用于门脉高压食管下段和胃底静脉曲张出血的治疗。
The effect of nitroglycerin on portal blood flow in 32 patients with portal hypertension were monitored by pulsed Doppler. The results indicated that nitroglycerin exerts a definite and strong depressor action on portal hypertension. Its action appears one minute after medication becomes strong from 5 to 30 minutes and maintains about 45 minutes. Nitroglycerin can extenuate lasrted portal hypertension by the mechanism of ″forward″ theory. It is safe and reliable and can be used singly or with other portal hypotensors to treat variciform bleeding of cardioesophagus and fundus due to portal hypertension .
