Ecological Research of TMG Effectiveness

本文研究的目的是试图从一个新的视角来研究高层管理团队(top management group:TMG),并且构建出了一个高层管理团队的生态学模型。先前的关于高层管理团队的研究主要使用的是传统的团队效能研究框架,这个框架是基于Hackman的标准化模型(输入-过程-输出)。本文构建的生态学模型主要包括三个方面:高层管理团队的内部环境、外部环境以及边界管理。

This paper attempts to use a new research methodology on the effectiveness of top management group (TMG) and outlines an ecological framework. Prior studies on TMG effectiveness have used frameworks of traditional team effectiveness and mainly followed hackman's normative model (input-process-output). The ecological framework suggests that three components reciprocally interact with effectiveness: External environment, internal environment, and boundaries management.
