摘要
发展循环经济是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径,而建设循环经济示范区则成为我国推动区域社会经济可持续发展的重要举措。积极稳妥地推进循环经济示范区建设,促进生态环境的改善,推动国民经济持续、健康发展是当前的一项重要工作内容。通过对循环经济示范区的内涵和建设意义的初步分析,提出了循环经济示范区的建设思路和保障体系。
The development of circular economy is the important way to implement sustainable development, and the construction a of the circular economy model area becomes the important measure to promote regional social and economic sustainable development. The paper preliminarily analyses the connotation and construction significance of circular economy demonstration area. On the basic of the above analysis, it also proposes the construction thoughts and security system of the circular economy demonstration area.
