摘要
报导了世界主要国家的铸造生产概况，包括产量、职工人数、企业数；各种材质的发展，如世界球墨铸铁的产量由１９７３年的５５９万ｔ发展到１９９１年的１００３万ｔ，铝铸件相应由２５３万ｔ发展到４１０万ｔ．报导了熔炼、砂处理、造型、制芯及清理的新工艺及设备发展情况，如在熔炼方面５～８ｔ／ｈ的冲天炉及小型冲天炉将被感应电炉所取代。在感应电炉中，中频电炉逐步代替了工频炉；大型冲天炉向长炉龄方向发展。
survey of foundry production including turnout and amount of staff and enterprises in major countries, development of varietiesof material,for instance, an increment of castings of S,G. iron and aluminium alloy respectivelyfrom 5590 kt to 10030 kt and from 2530 kt to 4100 kt from 1973 to 1991 in the world has been reported. Development of new technology and equipment in melting,sand preparation,molding.coremaking and fettling has been covered,of which in section of melting cupolette of 5～8t/h will be replaced by induction furnace of which mediurn frequency is substituting gradually for powerfrequency and large cupolas are developing into long campaign furnace.
