无抽搐电休克治疗精神病100例心电图初步分析

The preliminary analysis of 100 electrocardiogram of the NO-TIC-ECT applied in the psychosis treatment

目的了解无抽搐电休克(ECT)治疗精神病人后引起的心电图变化,探讨引起心电图变化的相关因素对治疗前评定其危险性的价值。方法通过收集100例年龄不同的精神病人在无抽搐电休克前的心电图,近期精神科用药和使用相对电量的大小,对治疗后心电图变化进行初步分析。结果证实无抽搐电休克治疗精神病人后引起的心电图变化很频繁,要常规同步监测心电图。结论提示对年龄大、治疗前有明显心律失常以及近期使用过镇静药或抗癫痫药者,要慎重评估其危险性,在ECT中要尽量避免过小电量的刺激,保证ECT的安全。

Objective To comprehend the mutation in psychopath's electrocardiogram triggered by NO-TIC-ECT and to analyze the value of interreactive factors that cause the mutation in psychopath's electrocardiogram,attributing to the evaluation of the danger before therapy.Methods 100 cases of electrocardiogarams from different age levels before ECT and recent medicine use and the relative quantity of electricity used were collected to preliminarily analyse the mutation in electrocardiogram after ECT.Results The analysis showed that the mutation of electrocardiogram after ECT applied to the patient was frequent and thus need regular supervision. Conclusion Patients who are aged,or with ardia arrhythmia before therapy or who have recently used sedative drug or antiepileptic must be warned of evaluating the danger seriously,and avoiding the stimulation of electric charge that is too small during the NO-TIC-ECT.
