摘要
N-取代马来酰亚胺(RMI)是一类重要的新型树脂改性单体,由于其具有刚性五元环的结构,能显著提高聚合物的玻璃化温度和热分解温度,改善材料的工艺性和力学性能[1-9].
Two monomers N-[4-(N′-substituted aminocarbonyl)phenyl]maleimide were prepared from p-aminobenzoic acid,maleic anhydride,thinoyl chloride,8-aminoquimoline,and p-methylaniline.The effects of feed ratio,reflexing time,different solvents and pH value were discussed.When the ratio of thinoyl chloride with N-(4-carboxyphenyl)maleimide was 15∶1(mol/mol),reflexing time 3 h,the yield of 92% of N-[4-chlorocarbonyl]phenyl]maleimide was obtained.The suitable conditions of synthese of N-[4-[N′-(8-quinolinyl)aminocar-bonyl]phenyl}maleimide(QPM):acetone as solvent,reaction temperature 40-45℃,pH value was 7,the yield was 52.6% and the purity of QPM was 99.5%.The suitable conditions of synthese of N-[4-[N′-(4-methylphenyl)aminocarbonyl]phenyl}maleimide(TPM):benzene as solvent,reaction temperature 50-55℃,the yield was 61.5%and the purity of QPM was 99.3%.The structures of QPM and TPM were confirmed by elemental analysis,~1H-NMR and FTIR.
