摘要
对卧式振动沸腾床冷却旧砂的实验结果表明:振动沸腾床的临界流态化速度,随着抛料指数的增大而降低;过共振振动沸腾床,抛料指数与设备生产率有关。振动对于含水物料的干燥与冷却流态化操作,有着十分明显的作用。
The experimental results of cooling used sand using horizontal vibrating fluidized bed show that the critical fluidized speed is reduced along with increasement of throwing index andover-resonance vibrating fluidized bed and throwing index are related to equipment productivity.Vibrating plays very apparent roie in drying water-material and cooling fluidized operation.
