2500t/d新型干法窑高质高产原因分析

Realize high quality & output production in 2500 t/d NSP kiln

中材国际南京水泥工业设计研究院承担设计的2500t/d新型干法水泥生产线已有数十条投产,并且所有的生产线实际产量都超过了设计能力产量。以其中两条线的实践经验为基础,通过分析生产中出现的问题和介绍其解决措施,总结出一些共同的高质高产的原因,如管理水平、窑系统的合理设计、燃烧器的选择、操作水平等。

There have been tens of 2 500 t/d NSP production lines designed by SINOMA Nanjing Cement Design and Rearch Institute, and real outputs of all the production lines have exceeded the projected output capacity. Based on experience of two of the production lines, through analysing problems appeared during production process and introducing the related measure, the author summarized some common reasons for 2 500 t/d NSP kiln to realize high quality & output production, such as management, reasonable design, selection of burner, operation level etc.
