新型干法水泥生产线电气控制设计考虑

摘要 从工程经济学角度指出大中型新型干法水泥生产线在电气控制设计时应优先选用新型高效电气设备。应合理确定电机、变压器等电气设备的负载率,并根据负荷分布情况,兼顾电缆用量或投资最省和电缆运行时线路损耗最小考虑电气系统控制。通过实例计算证实:风机、泵类等选用变频器调速控制节电效果显著。对集散控制系统(DCS),现场总线控制系统(FCS)的技术发展和功能应用作了介绍。 From the viewpoint of engineering economics, it is proposed that when designing electric control system of large-sized & medium-sized NSP production line, we should choose late-model high efficiency electrical facility and decide the load rates of electric facilities as motor, transducer etc., based on the load distribution and considering the cable consumption, cost and power consumption. By calculation of real example, it is verified that using transduer to adjust speed of fans, bumps etc. can saving electricity power effectively. This paper also introduced the development and application of Data Control System(DCS) and Field Bus Control system (FCS).
