摘要
铸造工艺设计包括浇冒口及冷铁尺寸计算。利用美国Ａｕｔｏｄｅｓｋ公司研制的适用于ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ／ＸＴ机的辅助设计软件包Ａｕｔｏ ＣＡＤ，可方便而准确地绘制出工艺图，节省绘图工作量。为求解铸件模数及进行铸件凝固数值模拟三维剖分，可运行软件包获得立体形状铸件，使求解精确和实现自动剖分。
he foundry technology design involves the size calculation of the gating system,riser as well as the chill By use of the softwate pack Auto CAD which is suitable for the IBM-PC/XT computer aided designand manufactured by Autodesk Company in USA .it would be easy and accurate to draw out thetechnology drawing and would save the amount of work for drawing. For the sake of solving the casting module and carrying on the three-dimensional split of numerical analogue in casting solidification ,the software pack could be operated to achieve a stereoscopic shape casting. And it wouldbring about an accurate resolution and realize automatic split.
