循证护理与临床路径结合运用于临床的探讨

Clinical application of evidence-based nursing combined with clinical pathway

探讨循证护理和临床路径的相互关系及将两者结合应用的意义。提出两者是相辅相成,目标一致,相互促进,协调发展的关系。循证护理为临床路径提供思路和指导,充实了临床路径的内涵,保证了临床路径的科学、规范、安全、高效运行;而临床路径是循证护理的直接体现,它为循证护理的应用提供了坚实的基础和广阔的平台。指出在制定路径表格时必须根据循证问题查寻循证支持,并进行循证观察,而在实施路径表格时,则要注意循证应用和循证评价。将两者结合应用,对进一步提高工作效率和护理质量,提高医院竞争力,促进护理学发展,具有十分重要的意义。

This paper aims to discuss the relation between evidence-based nursing and clinical pathway as well as the importance of their combination. The authors argue aiming at the same target, they depend on each other, promote each other and develop together. On one hand, evidence-nursing provides clinical pathway with thinking and instructions so as to enrich the contents of clinical pathway and ensure the efficient operation of clinical pathway based on science and standard. On the other hand, the clinical pathway is the direct manifestation of evidence-based nursing and thus forms a concrete ground for the use of evidence-based nursing. Meanwhile, they point out the formulation of pathway table is based on the evidence-based support and observation deduced from the problems in evidence-based nursing and the implementation of pathway table is consistent with evidence-based application and assessment. The combination of them is of great significance for further increase of work efficiency and nursing quality, raise of hospital's competitivity and promotion of nursing.
