Effect evaluation of family visit to parturients after delivery

目的探讨对产妇进行产后家庭访视的效果。方法护士本着自愿参与、互助互利的原则对2600例产妇出院后第1天、第7天、第30天共3次进行家庭访视,比较产妇出院后访视前后相关知识和技能掌握情况。结果产后家庭访视后产妇掌握产后自我护理和新生儿的护理知识和技能明显提高,访视前后各项观察内容分别经字2检验,P均<0.001,有显著性差异。结论产后家庭访视解决了产妇出院后护理支持不足的问题,为产妇提供连续性的健康照顾,有利于医院经济效益和社会效益双丰收。

Objective To explore the effect of family visit to perturients after delivery. Methods Nurses paid family visits to 2 600 parturients for 3 times (1st day, 7th day and 30th day) according to voluntary and mutual benefit principle. The effects of family visits before and after implementation were compared. Results The effect after family visit was better than before visit. There were significant differences in the items observed between before and after family visit by X2 test (P<0.001). Conclusion Family visit after delivery solves the problem of insufficient nursing support for parturients, providing continuous care, which is good for hospital economically and socially.
