摘要
目的加强护理安全管理,减少病人住院期间意外发生率。方法通过对所有住院病人进行跌跤、坠床等意外危险因素常规评估,明确高危人群和重点对象,并制定相应的防范措施。在管理上,建立报告制度并通过安全管理监控网络,分析薄弱环节,落实改进措施。结果实施意外防范监控前后,意外发生率经字2检验,P<0.05,有显著性差异,实施防范监控后意外发生率比实施前降低。结论住院病人实施意外防范监控能更有效地提高护理风险管理效率。
Objective To strengthen management of nursing security and reduce accidental rate of inpatients. Methods Through appraisal of risk factors related to all inpatients' fall and other accidents, the author defined high-risk people and emphasized targets and prevention measurement. As for management, reporting rule was established, weak links were analyzed through safe management and monitoring system, and measurement to improve was improved. Results After implementation of preventing and monitoring accidents, accidental rate dropped significantly than before. Tested by X2, significant difference existed (P<0.05). Conclusion Preventing and monitoring inpatients' accident can improve efficiency of administration of nursing risk effectively.
