摘要
研究设计了一种微型靶标的半自动装配系统。该系统可以对两个半圆柱夹具(直径0.8mm,高1.6mm)和微小球体靶标(直径0.2mm)进行半自动装配。详细介绍了该系统的结构与组成及其所采用的关键技术与方法。分析了各个运动调控项目的工作原理和结构设计方法。并经过实验证明,装配可以达到各项平行度误差和小球中心与两个半圆柱中心的位置误差均不超过3μm。
A type of semiautomatic assembly of micro-sphere target system is described. The assignment is that two half -cylindrical clamps (diameter:0.8 mm, height: 1.6 mm) and a micro-sphere (diameter: about 0.2 mm) are required to be assembled. The systemstructure and composing is described in details, and the key technology and method are introduced. Operating principle of every movement and structural design means are analyzed too. It has been proved that every parallelism tolerance and the position tolerance of the micro-sphere’s center compared with two half-cylindrical clamps’center is not more than 3μm.
