摘要
文章通过对高校内学生身体素质的差异性和考核项目的情况进行了分析,认为相对体质差异的大学生,其考核项目标准的制定不利于学生练习兴趣的提高和身体素质的发展,从而提出了“过程评价”的观点,并进行了尝试性改革。实践证明,“过程评价”的考核方法提高了学生的练习兴趣,比较均衡地提高了学生的身体素质。
The paper analyzes the individual differences of college students and the situation of the assessment. It is concluded that considering the physical difference the standard of the assessment is not good for students to motivate their interest for sports and physical shaping. The 'process assessment' is proposed, which proves to be good to improve students' interest, so that their physical quality is improved with constant exercise.
