摘要 目的:介绍支气管肺组织炎性损伤和抗炎性损伤因素的平衡机制。方法:查阅近年来国内外文献资料。结果与结论:支气管肺组织炎性损伤因素主要涉及氧化物系列、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶及基质金属蛋白酶等,而抗炎性损伤因素包括抗氧化物系列、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂,如α1抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AT)、分泌型白细胞蛋白酶抑制剂(SLPI)和Elafin。正常生理情况下,炎性损伤和抗炎性损伤两大因素处于动态平衡状态,但在支气管肺组织慢性炎性疾病时,该平衡受到破坏,促进疾病发生、发展。 Objective:To study the equilibrium mechanism of inflammation injury and anti-inflammation injury factors in bronchus and lung.Methods:To look into references in recent years.Results and Conclusion:The inflammation injury factors includes oxides,neutrophil elastase,and with matrix metalloproteinase:moreover anti-oxides,neutrophil elastase inhibitor(such as α1-antitrypsin,asecretory leukocyte protease inhibitor,Elafin) are made of the anti-inflammation injury factors.The relationship of inflammation injury factors and anti-inflammation injury factors is to be equilibrium in physiology.However,this is broken down in chronic inflammation bronchus and pulmonary disease.
