2000年版《中国药典》磷酸伯氨喹片含量均匀度测定方法的实验研究

Study of Uniformity of Content of Primaquine Phosphate Tablets for CHP 2000

目的:建立测定磷酸伯氨喹片含量均匀度的方法。方法:采用吸收系数法,以0.01mol/L盐酸溶液为溶剂,检测波长为265nm,测定其含量均匀度。结果:在5～20μg/mL浓度范围内与吸收度值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.69%,RSD为0.67%(n=6)。结论:吸收系数法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠。

Objective:To establish a method of the determination of uniformity of content of primaquine phosphate tablets by UV.Methods:Determination by UV absorbances.Solvent is 0.01 mol/L HCl,detection at 265 nm.Results:The calibration curves was linear in the range of 5～20 μg/mL for primaquine phosphate(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.69%,RSD=0.67%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and suitable for determination of uniformity of content of primaquine phosphate tablets.
