摘要
在舍饲条件下,对牦牛、黄牛和牦犏牛(牦牛♂×黄牛♀的F1代)进行了较高营养水平的肥育对比试验,结果表明:牦犏牛的日增重最高,达0.50公斤,每公斤体增重的TDN摄入量也最低,为12.25公斤;牦牛的体增重相对提高幅度较大,屠宰性能最好,屠宰率达55.73%,眼肌面积为31.60cm^2。在高海拔地区进行肉牛生产,建议以牦犏牛肥育为主。
On yak, Chinese Yellow Cattle and Dzo (Hybrid of Yak♂×Chinese Yellow cattle♀), shelter fattening experiment with higher nutritional level was carried out to test their gain in weight, meat performance and feed utilization. Dzo has the highest daily gain of 0.50 Kg and the best feed utilization (TND consumption with 1 Kg of gain in weight) of 11.77. The best meat performance was on Yak with killing out 55.73% and eye muscle area 31.6cm^2. Yak showed the greatest relative increase on weight gain under shelter condition. The efficient way of beerproduction in plateau regins over 3000 m of elevation is suggested to have the Dzo in shelter fattening.
