复方鼻咽洗剂制备工艺研究

Study on Technology in Preparation of Composite Nasopharyngeal Lotion

目的:根据临床需要研制复方鼻咽洗剂,并进行制备工艺的研究。方法:采用提取挥发油和水煎浓缩后醇、水沉法制备,分别以干膏提取率和绿原酸含量评价提取与精制工艺的指标,采用L9(33)和L9(34)正交设计试验分别筛选较优的提取和精制工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2,即药材加8倍量水煎煮两次,每次1.5h;最佳精制工艺为A1B2C2D3,即提取液浓缩的相对密度为1.25、醇沉液的含醇浓度为65%、醇沉液浓缩的相对密度为1.10、水沉的加水倍数为10倍量。结论:工艺合理、可行,质量可控。

Objective:A research and technology of preparation of composite nasopharyngeal lotion was carried out to meet clinical demand. Methods:The methods of liquid precipitation after extracting the volatile oil and water boiling concentration of alcohol were adopted for preparation of the composite nasopharyngeal lotion;the extraction rate of the dry extract and that of the amount of chlorogenic acid content was adopted for evaluating extraction and refining technological index respectively,the L9(33) and L9(34) orthogonal design experiment were adopted for screening superior extraction and refining technological conditions respectively.Results:The best extraction technology was A2B1C2,that meant the raw drug materials were boiled twice by addition of 8 times of water,1.5 h for each time;its best refined prepara-tion technology was A1B2C2D3,that meant the relative density of the extracted liquid after concentration was 1.25;concentration of alcohol content in the alcoholic precipitation liquid was 65%;and the relative density of the concentrated alcoholic precipitation liquid was 1.10;addition of water to the water precipitate was 10 times.Conclusion:The technology is rational,feasible and with controllable quality.
