Philosophical Reflection on the National Culture Construction in the Course of Economic Globalization

经济全球化进程中如何建设民族文化,是我国社会主义文化建设面临的挑战之一。从哲学角度考察文化全球化与民族文化之间的关系,对于这一问题的解决,意义重大。要运用马克思主义哲学的观点探讨文化全球化与经济全球化的辩证关系;运用辩证思维方法,解决文化自身的普遍性与特殊性、文化的多元化存在和全球化趋势这两对矛盾;民族文化建设中应把握三个基本方法:立足自我、面向世界,共存共赢,和而不同。

How to construct the national culture in the course of economic globalization is one of the challenges faced by our country's social culture construction.Investigation of the relation between the cultural globalization and the national culture from the philosophical angle has important significance for the solution of this question.It is necessary to investigate the dialectical relation between the cultural globalization and the economic globalization by use of Marxist philosophical viewpoint;to solve the contradiction between the universality and the particularity of the culture itself and the contradiction between the cultural plural existence and the trend of the cultural globalization.It is necessary to hold the following basic methods in the course of cultural construction,they are:stand on self;face the world;co-exist and co-gain;get along with others,but do not agree with them on every occasion.
