高等学校培养学生的目标是能够使学生成为社会需要的优秀人才,资源环境与城乡规划管理专业的学生应该具备理科学生应具备的通用能力以及本专业应该具备的特殊能力,同时应该确定本专业合理的人才培养目标、专业定位、课程体系以及师资队伍建设等问题。

The purpose of cultivating students in advanced colleges is to qualify the students to be the excellent talents in need of the society. The undergraduates who major in the specialty of resource and environment and planning of urban and rural management are required to obtain the general and special capability. In the meantime, it is necessary to identify reasonable purpose of cultivating qualified undergraduate, specialty orientation, course system, construction of teaching faculty and so on.
