This article is the review of the main points in the research of molybdenum and the molybdenum-based alloys at present,including the highly pure molybdenum, the molybdenum-based alloys of high quality, intermetallics and composites. The hot isostaticpressing machine,the high temperature(2 000~2 500℃ ) sintering furnance in the medium of hydrogen, the forging machine and therolling machine are the vital facilities to produce economical molyodenum products.
