南校18号是广西农业职业技术学院以自选自交系南99为母本,南70 3为父本杂交育成的玉米单交种。具有高产、稳产、优质、多抗、适应性广等特点。2 0 0 3年2月通过广西农作物品种审定。

Nanxiao18 is a single cross hybrid from the matching of the inbred line Nan99 as the female parent and Nan70-3 as the male parent. Both parents were bred by Guangxi Agricultural Professional Technology College. The variety has the characteristics of high and stable yielding, fine grain quality, multiple resistances and wide-ranging adaptability. Guangxi Crop Variety Committee of Guangxi has approved and released it in February 2003.
