摘要
建立“市、县、乡、村”四级蔬菜质量安全监控体系,对蔬菜实施从“农田到餐桌”全程质量安全监控管理,探索柳州市蔬菜质量安全监控运作模式;试行蔬菜“市场准入”制度,确保全市上市蔬菜消费质量安全。项目应用以来,全市上市蔬菜农药残留阳性检出率从2 0 0 1年应用前的2 3.2 %下降到2 0 0 4年的6 .7%。
To set up a controlling model of vegetable quality and security, a fourlevel (city, county, town and village) controlling system, which monitors and controls the vegetable quality over whole process from farm land to dining table, was established. With the system, a rule of market entering permission of vegetable was tried out to ensure the safety of commercial vegetables in the city. The positive rate of chemical residuals that checked out from the market vegetables in the city dropped down from 23.2% in 2001 to 6.7% in 2004 after the system had been available.
