摘要
野生蒲公英属多年生草本植物,味甘无毒,可食用,其抗逆性强,易于人工栽培,种植方式可选春季栽种根或秋播种子,在良好的间苗、除草、覆膜、肥水管理等栽培措施下,每年每平方米田地可收割嫩茎叶产品6~12 kg,经济效益显著。
Wild dandelion ( Taraxacum mongolicum ) is one of sweet, nonpoisonous and edible perennial herb plant. With strong resistance, the plant is easily to be cultured artificially with alternative cultivated ways of planting the rootstocks in spring or sowing in autumn. The plant could get significant economic benefit with the annual yield of 6 ~ 12 kg/ m 2 of fresh young leaves under following measures: using healthful seedlings, weeding in time, covering film and reasonable fertilization and irrigation.
