广西野生稻种质资源原位保护示范区资源现状调查研究 被引量:11

摘要 广西野生稻种质资源原位保护示范区(玉林)包括药用野生稻和普通野生稻资源保护区,资源现状调查及研究结果表明:保护区内野生稻种质贮量达110 .90万份(丛) ,其中药用野生稻2 .91万份(丛) ,普通野生稻10 7.99万份(丛) ;包含白芒直立型、白芒半直立型普通野生稻,半卷叶型与展叶型药用野生稻等类型,优异种质资源丰富。根据实际情况,提出了今后保护、研究、利用野生稻种质资源的建议及思路。 The investigation results of germplasm resources at the demonstration regions of wild rice, including O. officinalis Wall and O .rufipogon Griff, insitu conservation in Guangxi showed that there were 1.109 million plants of wild rice in the two regions, among which 29100 are O. officinalis Wall and 1.08 million O .rufipogon Griff. It was included white awns erect type, white awns semierect type of O. rufipogon Griff ; semicircle leaf type and open leaf type of O. officinalis Wall. The germplasm types of wild rice were abundant. Based on the present situation of the protection demonstration regions, this paper discused the main tasks of protection, research, and utilization for carrying out studies on wild rice germplasm resources of the protection regions in near future.
