摘要
烟草中多酚化合物的含量、合成、积累对烟叶的品质有重要的作用,研究多酚氧化酶(PPO)在烟草中的作用机理,合理控制多酚氧化酶的活性,能增加上、中等烟比例和天然香味,降低刺激性,提高烤烟质量。
The content, biological synthesis and accumulation of polyphenols in tobacco affect the quality of tobacco leaves. Knowing the role of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) in tobacco and properly controlling the activity of PPO would raise the quality by increasing the ratio of superior and moderate tobacco, the natural sweetsmell, and decreasing the irritation.
