摘要
以锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷微粉为填料,按一定的体积分数与PVC复合制得压电复合材料,经直流高压油浴处理后,用四传感器驻波管测量复合材料的声学性能。测试结果表明,在声频125~1600Hz的范围内,极化后的吸声性能增加,而隔声量在低频增加,在中高频(500Hz以上)降低。
The piezoelectric composites were prepared by using some volume percentage PZT ceramic powder as filler and PVC as matrix respectively. The composites were polarized by direct current high voltage oil bath. The acoustic property was measured by the four acoustic transducers standing-wave pipe method. The results show that in the frequency range of 125~1 600 Hz, the acoustic absorption performance improved, but the soundproof property improved at the low frequency and decreased beyond 500 Hz.
