术中植入缓释氟尿嘧啶治疗大肠癌临床研究

Clinical study of chemotherapy on colorectal cancer patients with Fluorouracil Sustained Release during operation

目的探索预防大肠癌术后局部复发的新途径。方法24例大肠癌根治术后,根据肿瘤分期和淋巴引流途径,分多点植入缓释5-Fu,观察植药后药物动力学特征及不良反应。结果术后24h外周血即可测到5-Fu;72h达峰值,Ca为(0.56±0.23)μg·ml-1,并持续维持20天以上。未见明显不良反应,术后复查血常规,肝肾功能无明显异常。结论大肠癌根治术中植入缓释5-Fu安全可靠,是术后局部区域性化疗的有效途径,可望预防大肠癌术后局部复发。

Objective To explore the new way to prevent the local recurrence of colorectal cancer after operation. Methods In 24patients with colorectal cancer, the tumor was surgically removed and sustained release fluorouracil were implanted multiple-point during operation in the tumor cavity to observe the pharmacokinetics parameter and the side effects after operation.Results Fluorouracil could be measured in flesh blood at 24 hours, and fluorouracil concentration reached to the highest peak at 72 hours, Ca=( 0.56 ± 0.23 )μg/ml,Medicament concentration sustained upwards of 20 days. The side effects and postoperative complications did not occur. All the patients were again examined routinely blood general or liver and kidney function after operation, and the results were normal.Conclusion The method is safe, and it might become a new hopeful method to prevent postoperative local recurrence of colorectal cancer.
