Building a party for the the public,reigning for the people is the consistent idea of the Communist Party of China. During the Chinese revolution, construction and long-term practice of the reform, The first \second \third generations leading collective of the Party which act Mao -Zedong \Deng-Xiaoping and Jiang Ze-min as the core insist on the aim of Party building for the public, reigning for the people all the time and serve the people heart and soul.
