摘要
1997年刑法修订后大量增加了罚金刑的适用,但罚金刑在立法和司法实践中仍存在有一些值得思考的问题,文章就此略作阐述,并初步分析其产生的原因,在此基础上提出一些可供参考的改革建议。
There has been a great increase of the fine punishment in the Chinese Criminal law since 1997. However, there are also a lot of problems that we should discuss in legislation and justice practice. The article mainly expounds and analyzes the reason of these. Based on the analysis, the article then raises its reformation advice.
