审判程序与制度是我国社会主义法制的重要组织部分,是人民法院审理案件必须遵守的规程和制度,文章着重论述程序法与实体法的关系,审判程序和制度的阶级性及审判程序和制度的重要性。

Trial procedure and system is an important part of our socialist law system. It is the regulations and system for people’s court to try cases. This paper briefly expounds the relationship between procedure law and entity law, as well as the class nature and the importance of trial procedure and system.
