摘要
在双平面经食管超声心动图研究的基础上,借鉴经胸壁三维超声心动图研究的经验,开展新的经食管超声心动图三维重建系统的研究。介绍了经食管超声心动图三维重建系统的硬件装置和图像处理的流程框图。结果表明。本系统可以对心脏和大血管多区域结构进行三维重建,结构显示清晰、直观、立体感强,并且能以不同层次立体剖面和不同方位的立体旋转图像显示各区域的结构,为心脏立体形态学研究提供了准确的三维解剖学资料,有助于确定病变的空间位置和大小。
Basing on the study of biplane transesophageal echocardiography and the experience of three dimensional transthoracic echocardiogrphy, we are engaged in the study on three dimensional reconstruction of transesophageal images. The hardware equipments and image processing flow chart of 3 -D reconstruction of TEE images were described. The present study indicates that 3-D reconstruction of TEE images could display multi-regional 3-D structures of heart and great.vessels, including superior vena cava, ascending aorta, right ventricular outflow tract, pulmonary artery and left heart, with clear, audio-visual and pretty stereoscopic imaging. And the regional structures could be displayed at the different levels of stereo-anatomic-sections and on the different orientation of rotating stereo images, which could provide accurate 3-D anatomical information for cardiac stereo-morphological study and determination of spatial location and size of deformities.
