浅谈现代幼儿教师教育科研能力的培养

On the Cultivation of the Preschool Teachers’ Ability of Education Research

我国幼儿教育改革的深入发展以及《幼儿园工作规程》的贯彻,要求幼儿教师具有一定的教育科研能力。幼儿教师的科研能力具有实用性、广泛性、实践性和操作性的特点。幼儿教师的科研能力对幼儿教育的发展有着重要的指导意义,因此,应通过多种途径来培养幼儿教师的教育科研能力。

With the deep development of reform in preschool education and carrying out of the “Kindergarten Working Regulations” in our country, preschool teachers have been required to have the ability of education research. The ability of education research of preschool teachers, with the characteristics of practicality, extension and operation, is very important to guide preschool education. Therefore, it’s very necessary to raise their education research ability by all means.
