The advanced management of personal file is the foundation and guarantee of the development of universities and colleges.The universities ’management of personal file work should be done well if they want to bring up more talents who meet with the need of 21 century .The management of personal file of universities is closely related with the structure of the new century. So, in order to improve the management of personal file, we should not only train advanced faculty but also thoroughly realize the important role of management of personal file in the development of universities.
