The Pursuit of the College English Learning in the Minority Areas

经济资源的地域性不平衡,教育程度的不同,制约了我国的综合竞争力提高速新,寻求教育活力。外语教学不但要根据本地区特点出发,以外语教学研究,理论为指导,培养学生实际的语言知识技能,加强学生语言实际应用能力及创造力的培养,重视思维训练,在教学实践中导入文化,同时应加强师资的教育与科研,使教育目的得以有效的实施。

The regional disparity of economy and the difference of education have interacted the speed of our comprehensive competence. Due to the restriction of the region and culture, volumes of resources can not be utilized efficiently in the minority areas, so the innovation is essential for the education. The foreign languages teaching and learning should base on the local features, the theoretical and research work. Students’ creativity and practical skills in language utility should be cultivated too. Culture should be instructed during the teaching, as the mental gymnastic training should be stressed. In addition, to carry on the educational aims efficiently, the training of the teachers and scientific research should be strengthened.
