Ideological and Political Work for college students is extremely important to train the successors and constructors of the cause of modernization. How to better the college students’ thought through the way of self-improvement is a significant research project in ideological and political work. This article has proposed the self-improvement method, clarifies the principles of implementing this method and emphasizes the signficance of self-improvement method in ideological and political work for college students.
