绿色贸易壁垒对福建省农副产品出口的影响及原因分析

加入WTO后,福建经济增长面临的外部需求约束日益明显。福建企业产品出口越来越受到美国、日本、欧盟等国隐蔽性较强、透明度低的绿色技术保护措施的制约。本文主要对2002年以来绿色贸易壁垒对福建农副产品出口的影响和原因进行分析。

After joining the WTO, the external demand that the economic grow th of Fujian faced was obviously restrained day by day. The products imports and exports from enterprises in Fujian to countries such as the U.S.A., Japan, and the European Union, are the object of restrictions under the disguise of strong green technological protective measures which lack transparency. In this text, w e analyze the green impacts on agricultural products and by-products in the expo rt barriers in Fujian since 2002 and the their reasons.
