根据计算机技术和可拓原理的相关知识,结合港口中有关泊位回淤的各种影响因素与及其规律,给出了建立泊位回淤知识库的框架模型,并进一步结合实例论证了该知识库系统的问题求解过程。

Considering the influence factors and the rules of berth filling-up phenomenon, a frame model to set up berth filling-up knowledge base is brought forward with relevant knowledge of computor technology and extension theory. Furthermore, the question solving process of this knowledge base system is demonstrated with some special examples.
