摘要
通过研究中国、日本及欧美承包商在国际工程承包市场中的业务分布情况,发现国家之间的文化差异及传统关系对承包商拓展国际市场存在着影响。在此基础上,分别从我国承包商自身、政府及商会(行业协会)等方面提出应对策略。
This article analyzes market characteristics of Chinese, Japanese, European and American contractors in foreign countries, and it shows that culture difference and traditional relationship influence the process of a contractor's developing international markets. On the basis of the above, countermeasures are given from the aspect of contractor, government and chamber of commerce (guild) , which can help to increase the strength of Chinese contractors' developing international markets..
