摘要
目的:观察泽泻汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法:随机分泽泻汤(治疗组)54例和全天麻(对照组)46例,治疗前后检查血生化、血黏度、TCD,并在治疗第1、2、3、5、7、14天对症状和体征进行评分,以观察其疗效。结果:泽泻汤与全天麻对椎基底动脉供血不足均有显著疗效,治疗组疗程结束后血脂降低,TCD显示脑血流量增加。结论:泽泻汤能提高脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,降低血脂,能有效治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of Zexie decoction on treating vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency (VBI). Methods: 100 cases of VBI were rand omly divided intoZexie decoction treatment group (54 cases) and Quantianma contrast group (46 cases). The blood biochemistry, blood viscosity, TCD before and after treatment were observed and clinical symptoms andsigns at 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 14 days were valued to explore the clinical effect.Results: Both treatment group and contrast group show significant effect on VBI patients. In the treatment group the blood fat reduced and blood liquid in brain increased obviously. Conclusion: Zexie decoction can improve the brain blood liquid, reduce resistance in brain blood vessel and thus is effective to treat VBI patients.
