摘要
游泳是人们较为喜爱的运动项目。游泳教学过程中心理因素对游泳技术的学习具有很大的干扰作用。本文依据心理学原理,对目前高校男、女生学习游泳心理能力差异进行调查与分析,对其在游泳学习过程中存在的不同心理提出解决方法,为提高高校游泳教学质量提供参考。
Swim is a favorite sport in people's mind.Psychological factors in swim teaching and learning process will produce big disturbance. According to psychological principle, the thesis will focus on the research and analysis of psychological diversity in students.The solutions to different psychological situation in swim learning process will be the references for promoting the quality of swim teaching and learning.
