摘要
通过对珩磨机主轴往复运动静态速度特性的仿真分析,揭示了负载力的变化对往复运动速度差异的规律及其影响,在此分析的基础上,根据生产中往复运动速度相等的要求,分别针对开环系统和闭环系统,提出了速度特性的补偿方法,满足了控制性能和生产实践的要求。
Statistic velocity properties of honing machine spindle reciprocating motion are studied. The principle and effect of load force variation to reciprocating velocity properties are revealed. According to the requirement for the equal velocity in practice, and aimed at open-loop system and closed-loop system, the compensative method of velocity properties are proposed based on the analysis.
