摘要
文章首先对制造系统的发展历程进行了叙述,分析了专用制造系统、柔性制造系统和可重构制造系统产生的历史背景以及专用制造系统、柔性制造系统在目前的环境中存在的弊端,可重构制造系统产生的必然性,接着阐明了可重构制造系统的可变性、模块化、集成性、可诊断性等特点,从设备层论述了机床功能模块合理划分、模块之间机械界面的标准化、机床可移动性研究和基于软构件的设备层控制系统等关键技术,从系统层论述了可重构制造系统的建模、制造系统可重构布局研究、车间层控制结构的研究、为缩短斜升时间的故障诊断和过程监控等关键技术,最后对可重构制造系统的发展进行了预测。
At first, the paper describes the history of manufacturing system, analyzes the background where dedicated manufacturing line, flexible manufacturing system and reconfigurable manufacturing system was brought forth, the drawback which lies in dedicated manufacturing line and flexible manufacturing system in today's market environment, the inevitability why reconfigurable manufacturing system is brought forth, then the paper discusses the characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing system, such as variability, modularity, integrability, diagnosability. In machine level, the paper explores rational division of the machine tool's functional module, the standard of the functional module interface, the mobility of the machine tools and the control system based on soft component, while, in system level, the paper explores the method of modeling the reconfigurable system, reconfigurable layout of the manufacturing system, control system for work shop, failure diagnosis and process supervision in order to reduce lead time of the manufacturing system. At last, the paper predict the future of the reconfigurable system.
